Terms of Service

These Terms govern the purchase of the digital products offered on loddjmusic.com (the “Site”), run by Simone Loddi (aka “Loddj”). By making a purchase you confirm you have read and accepted them.

1. Products

The Site sells digital products: software licenses (VST/AU plugins) and any sample packs. These are digital contents delivered via download and/or a license key sent by email, with no physical medium.

2. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in Euro. Payment is handled by Stripe: we neither process nor store your card details. The order is concluded once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

After payment you will automatically receive, by email, the license key (with a PDF certificate) and/or the download link. If you don't receive anything within a few minutes, check your spam folder and write to info@loddjmusic.com.

4. License of use

• The plugin license is personal and tied to the email used for purchase.
• You may use the software for your own music productions, including commercial ones.
• You may not resell, distribute, share, rent or transfer the license key or the product files to third parties.
• License verification is offline: the key unlocks the product on the computer where it is activated.

5. Demo version

The free demo is the full plugin with a 7-day trial period. After the trial you need to buy the license to keep using it without limitations.

6. Right of withdrawal

As these are digital contents supplied without a physical medium, under art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun (download of the file or sending of the license key), the user having given explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal at the time of purchase. The free demo lets you evaluate the product before buying.

7. Intellectual property

The software, trademarks, logos, content and materials on the Site belong to Loddj or the respective owners and are protected by copyright law. A purchase grants a license of use, not ownership of the software.

8. Limitation of liability

The product is provided “as is”. While we strive for quality and compatibility, we do not warrant that the software is error-free or compatible with every hardware/software configuration. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages arising from use of the product.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of their place of residence or domicile remains.
