Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the personal data of users who visit and buy on loddjmusic.com (the “Site”) is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Simone Loddi (aka “Loddj”). For any request about your data, write to info@loddjmusic.com.
2. What data we collect
- Purchase data: email address and the data needed for payment. Card details never pass through or get stored on our servers: payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
- Contact email: the address you give us to receive the license, the download links or support.
- Technical browsing data: server logs and technical information (IP address, browser type) generated automatically and needed for the Site to work and stay secure.
The Site does not use profiling cookies or advertising trackers.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Delivering the purchased product (license generation and sending, download links) — legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Providing support and answering requests — legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
- Legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting) — legal basis: legal obligation.
- Site security and fraud prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest.
4. Third-party services (processors and recipients)
To deliver the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe privacy
- Resend — transactional emails (license / download). Resend privacy
- Vercel — Site hosting. Vercel privacy
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Stripe, Vercel) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Retention period
Purchase data is kept for as long as needed to deliver the service and to comply with legal obligations (in particular tax obligations, generally 10 years). Data processed for support is kept only as long as needed to handle the request.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing and request portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@loddjmusic.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Changes
This policy may be updated over time. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
